3. Order confirmation and communication

  • After placing your order, our representative will contact you during working hours (10:00–21:00).

  • They will confirm the details and answer any questions you may have.


🚚 4. Delivery

  • As the weight and dimensions of the items often exceed standard shipping limits, delivery costs are not included in the order total.

  • Delivery terms and pricing are arranged individually.


💳 5. Payment method

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a prepayment invoice.

    • For made-to-order items – the prepayment is 50% of the total amount.

    • For in-stock items – the invoice will be issued for the full amount.

  • After the prepayment is made, the order will be submitted for production.
